Monitoring relays

A Monitoring Relay is a protective control device. The basic functions are to receive input signals, monitor and determine them, and output an alarm signal if a set value (threshold) is reached. Monitoring Relays monitor power supplies (voltage, current, power, phase), temperatures, and other analog signals and detects abnormalities in machines and equipment by determining values against alarm thresholds.

Time Chart

Monitoring Relays Time Chart Voltage monitoring relay with optional delay-on and delay-off timer function offers a very small hysteresis (difference between pull-in and drop-out voltage). The relay is equipped with a LED which indicates the status of the relay contacts and activation of the time delay.

Miniature current monitoring railway relay with one change-over contact. Suitable for AC or DC currents. Very sensitive and high insulation between coil and contact. Relay for plug-in mounting (CU version) or for PCB mounting (CP version). The construction of the relay and choice of materials makes the CU/CP-U900-I relay suitable to withstand corrosive atmospheres, low and high temperatures, shock & vibrating and dry to very humid environments. With a very…
  • DI-U900 relay – Current monitoring

Plug-in current monitoring railway relay with two change-over contacts. Suitable for AC or DC currents. Proven reliable operation in switching high DC voltage / inductive loads and low currents. Standard equipped with magnetic arc blow-out for high breaking capacity and long contact life. No external retaining clip needed as integrated ‘snap-lock’ will hold relay into socket under all circumstances and mounting directions. The construction of the relay and choice of…
  • IB 200 relay – Current monitoring

This current sensor feeds a 2 changeover relay contacts for a measured current from 16 A to 24 A. A potentiometer allows the setting of the relay pick up from 15 A to 25 A. The maximal admissible current of the shunt is 50 A, other versions are available. An 110 VDC auxiliary power supply is needed for the measure and the relay command. The electronic device is put in…
  • MTDV4-U200 relay – Voltage monitoring, timer delay-on /-off, 4 pole

Plug-in electronic voltage monitoring relay with optional delay-on and delay-off timer function and four change-over contacts. The delay time is adjustable with a lockable knob (either delay-on or delay-off, the other delay is fixed). The relay can also be supplied with fixed time delays (no knob). The pull-in voltage and drop-out voltage are both adjustable via internal screws. The relay can also be supplied with a fixed pull-in and drop-out…
  • UB 003 relay – 3 Level load shedding

The voltage monitoring relay UB 003 opens auxiliary loads circuits when battery voltage becomes too low and puts them back in service when battery voltage recovers. A time delay of 20 seconds engages before opening a load circuit and a time delay of 2 seconds before putting back in service a load. The plug-in design offers secure locking feature for maximum ease of maintenance (no wires need to be disconnected…
  • UB 200 relay – Voltage monitoring

The voltage monitoring relay UB 200 opens auxiliary loads circuits when battery voltage becomes too low and puts them back in service when battery voltage recovers. A time delay of several seconds (to be defined) engages before opening a load circuit and a time delay of several seconds (to be defined) before putting back in service a load. The plug-in design offers secure locking feature for maximum ease of maintenance…
